Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or audit request we collect the details you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), website, services of interest, budget (optional) and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and, where present in the link you followed, campaign (UTM) parameters.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to prepare any requested review, on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Analytics and marketing cookies
Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) are only loaded if you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
